• Originally built as a Humber Keel barge by Yorkshire Shipyard in around 1912 with 6 mm steelwork, Manoah has been substantially refitted by the current owners in 2014 for use as a floating home. with a fixed steel wheelhouse. Double glazed windows and portholes throughout. The portholes are sold brass and were originally from a US naval vessel.
• Beautifully fitted by the current owner in painted plaster board to the ceilings, and cabin sides/hull sides. The floor is laid with solid oak planking throughout apart from the two forward bedrooms which have carpet and the bathroom which has ceramic tiles.
